MODEL HOMES

ALWAYS BUILDING WITH YOU IN MIND.
Our model homes have become tried-and-true over time for a reason. We’ve studied what our families are looking for in a new home. We’ve tested our floor plans, features and finishes and made adjustments along the way meet to market demand and lifestyle changes. We’ve shifted walls here and there and then back again depending on the feedback we’ve received. To put it simply, we’ve done the nitty gritty work so that you don’t have to. If you are looking to move into a beautiful new home without the time-consuming decision process that is often required when building from scratch, then starting with a model may be the right choice for you. These models are the house plans that our clients keep choosing time and time again. They are each built with your lifestyle wants and needs at the very forefront of our minds.

 

OPTION #1: BUILD ON OUR LOT

Browse our recently contracted lots that have yet to become official CC homesites. For these lots, you have the option to choose from our model homes (models applicable to lot criteria). These are lots that have not been assigned an official model and could be potential candidates for several of our model homes. There may even be an opportunity for you to purchase the lot from the sellers through a lot assignment basis. If we’ve already purchased the lot, there is also an option to purchase the lot from us and carry the lot through construction. There are many cost saving benefits with both of these options. When a model is assigned to a lot, it officially becomes a Classic Cottages “homesite”. Browse our available homesites currently under construction. Depending on the stage of construction for each of these homesites, your design selection options may vary.

OPTION #2: BUILD ON YOUR LOT (BOYL)

You love WHERE you live, but you are looking for a new home for you and your family. You’ve been dreaming of ways to reconfigure your existing space, but it is just not working out. Or, you find that the efforts and costs to remodel aren’t panning out the way you would like them to. You feel it may be better to just start fresh with a clean slate. For those who wish to build a new home on their existing lot or are looking to purchase a lot themselves (outside of Classic Cottages) for a new build, then you would find yourself exploring a new home build in this category which we call “BOYL” or “Build On Your Lot”. We start this building process by looking at your lot’s survey and determining your home plan options. We’ll get to know you, assess your wants and lifestyle needs, and of course consider your budget and timeline.

OPTION #3: MOVE-IN READY HOMES
Our Move-In Ready Homes make the new construction process easy because, well, it’s already been done for you. Our designers have passion which means they not only are experts at what they do but they also enjoy it! Our designers have fun choosing each and every finish that goes into our completed homes. They ensure that each home they create is uniquely its own while also maintaining a universal, timeless look. Sounds pretty great, right? Honestly, the hardest part of this path to ownership is figuring out how your existing furniture is going to fit perfectly into your new home. But, we can even help with that too through our furnishings program. All you have to do is move in!

OPTION #4: BUILD YOUR HOME FROM A BLANK CANVAS ON OUR LOT OR YOURS!
Design+Build is the fully custom path to ownership that offers you the opportunity to customize your home within the architecture & design process from start to finish to build a one-of-a-kind home that is truly unique to you. You like to be involved in the nitty-gritty details. You have a pretty good idea of what you are looking for from the brand of windows for your home to the unique dining room chandelier from Italy that you spotted on a recent trip abroad. You want the whole design world at your fingertips as you see and touch each and every feature that goes into your custom home. You want your home’s design to be consistent from the outside-in. Your designer knows your home better than anyone (maybe even better than you), especially since you two have been working together throughout the whole Design+Build process, so why not furnish your home as well?! You can easily add a Furnishings Contract to your home purchase, even after you have moved in! If this sounds right up your alley, then our Design+Build program would be the right path to ownership for you.
