Two metro stops serve this neighborhood: Ballston Metro and Virginia Square Metro. The Ballston Common Mall is a retail and entertainment one-stop shop for local residents as well as visitors. It is currently under renovation and will unveil next year with a new name — Ballston Quarter. This new social center will features shops, restaurants, boutique fitness centers, and residential apartment and condo communities.
