DAVID TRACY – President
Mr. Tracy, a LEED AP and licensed Class A Contractor, has over 22 years combined experience in general management, business development and construction project management. He is an entrepreneurial executive with successful background working in real estate, development and construction related businesses. Prior to founding Classic Cottages, LLC, Mr. Tracy has held a variety of executive and management positions ranging from Project Manager to President of firms, including: HITT Contracting, Inc, Marriott International, Sunrise Assisted Living, Inc., Summerville Healthcare Group, Inc. and Handyman Concrete, Inc. Mr. Tracy studied economics at East Carolina University. He has lived in Northern Virginia since 1990 including the last 16 years in Alexandria.

PAUL LAWRENCE – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lawrence brings over 30 years’ experience in business development, finance, and real estate investment. He is concurrently a principal officer in Classic Cottages, LLC and in other entities with holdings in commercial and residential real estate properties. Paul holds both a B.A. degree with a concentration in urban economics and an M.M. degree in finance, both from Northwestern University.

PIERCE TRACY – VP Of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Tracy oversees the Sales and Marketing division of the Company for Classic Cottages and real estate brokerage, Classic Cottages Realty. Pierce’s primary focus is working with design + build clients and pre-construction sales, working in tandem with our clients and architecture department to incorporate client objectives into the house plans and document development. Throughout Pierce’s time at the company he has participated in many aspects of the business from operations, lot acquisitions, overseeing the finance and accounting department, product management, and sales of new homes. Pierce holds a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
